Welcome to your spacious soundproofed room with a private bathroom! This house was just built in 2022 along with modern accents, lofted ceilings, and beautiful floors. This room is our most premium room – the largest, quietest, full of sunlight but also darkens fully, with a private bathroom!

ROOM: Plenty of evening sunlight enters this room but the room can also be very darkened with the blinds. You have a 70 inch 4k TV with HBO max, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Curiosity (documentaries), Calm (meditation), AppleTV+, Paramount+, Prime Video, Peacock, and Netflix subscriptions. There is a bran-new Casper queen mattress with sheets AND comforter both washed twice. Relax with a private fridge and freezer, large closet, slippers, and robes! The pillows are shredded memory foam – the very highest quality pillow. Achieve concentrated work with the Herman Miller Embody ($2k) office chair, the very best office chair money can buy, and a high quality monitor. This room is on the corner of the house so it is both the most private and most quiet where nobody can hear you and you can barely hear the rest of the house either, so you will never be disturbed.

BATHROOM: Your full private bathroom with lofted ceiling is beside your room. The bathroom has soaps, body washes, shampoos, and conditioners along with feminine products and much more. The water pressure is 70 Psi – the very highest it can be for the most relaxing shower possible!

KITCHEN: You are welcome to cook! Ask the host for detail kitchen instructions. We have pots, pans, silverware, dishes, dishwasher, and a massive spice drawer! The water and ice out of the fridge is reverse osmosis filtered to around 5 PPM TDS (more pure than most bottled water) and fresh ground coffee is available for your convenience along with fresh loose leaf brewed green, hibiscus, and chamomile/lavendar teas. We also brew expressos or lattes fresh for you every day! Lavender cappucino is the most popular – other options include caramel, chocolate, mint chocolate, chocolate, butterscotch, and rose.

GYM: This Airbnb includes a gym membership that is a 9 minute drive from your room at 4205 Resnik Ct #4, Bakersfield CA 93313. The gym is open all night and all day, 7 days a week (24/7)! Key fob included with room key. This gym scores the highest rated gym in Bakersfield, where the fire fighters, college athletes, professional powerlifters and body builders go to train. Yet, the gym is inclusive enough, multiple mothers workout there and leave their young kids in the daycare area or workout with their teenagers. Please be respectful of the gym and rerack your weights – the owner made a special exception for us to do this.

A tesla level 2 charger is available 240V at 48A and 2x(NEMA 15-50) for non-tesla EVs. We also have a J1772 adapter for non-tesla EVs.

The game room near the entrance currently has a pingpong table that can be used from 10am to 8pm every day.

There is a large closet inside your room for your luggage and clothes. Extra comforters, blankets and pillows are available to ensure your comfort on your request.

The house is entirely a 1-story house so there are no stairs and is highly accessible and spacious.

For those who suffer from allergies or concerned about spreading respiratory illnesses, there’s MERV13 filtration through the house and HEPA filters in various rooms to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

Cleaning: Your comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and towels are washed to a sanitizing level between your stay and the previous guest. The bathrooms are sanitized. Both your glass to drink from and the water container are both sanitized in the dishwasher. All common floors are vacuumed and mopped every day at noon! Your room can be vacuumed each day if you leave your door open 12pm-1pm. Carpet shampooed often.

Check-in is literally ANYTIME between your checkin and checkout time. 10pm, 2am, and 4am check-in are all fine for example. You are free to come and go as you please! No restrictions. Checkout may be later if you stay in the common areas or let us begin cleaning your room while you’re using it.
