The room set up is pretty private. Four bedrooms upstairs two on each side. The room has a queen bed with a goose down comforter. A fan and heater is also provided. There are multiple outlets available to charge your electronics.
The hot tub is always well-maintained and ready at 104 degrees. Additionally, there is a nice propane fire pit and a grill available. Garage parking spot for those snowy nights. There is a printer/fax available via Bluetooth as well.
My two Australian Shepherds may bark upon your arrival but they settle down quickly.

I also provide a complementary snacks, coffee and teas Your personal fridge is stocked with water and assorted beverages.Most of the time I will be here to greet you and help you get settled. You will be given detail check in instructions so you’re able to do everything on your own if I am not here.

Pets live on the property. I have two Australian Shepherds.
I reside in the basement of the home. The main level is shared. I work hard to keep the area clean but you may find it in different stages as I go about my personal errands.
For rentals 30 days or longer there will be a 50$ security deposit which is refundable. This is for cleaning carpets issues etc.
