PARKING
Please park your car safely alongside the pavement

PETS
We love pets. However, pets are not currently allowed in our Airbnb rooms/house.

SMOKING/VAPING
Kindly do not smoke/vape inside. You may do so outside the house.

PARTIES
NO parties are permitted. This can result in eviction with no refund and additional charges may apply.

QUIET TIME
Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise down after 10 pm.

SAFETY
Your safety is our top priority. Please refrain from tampering smoke detectors, thermostats, and other programmed appliances. Doing so can result in eviction with no refund, and additional charges may apply.

UNANNOUNCED/UNREGISTERED GUEST
Safety of our guests is very important to us. This is why we require all our guests to please let us know at least 1 day in advance if expecting any additional guest(s) during your stay. (Please see policy for any additional charges for additional guests). We may also require a picture of the ID to be sent over to us. This also applies to unregistered guest. Failing to do so may lead to eviction with no refund, and additional charges may apply.

REQUEST/REPORTING:
We would like you to have the best stay possible, and we cannot do that without your help.
*Any request such as extra blanket, pillow, towels, etc needs to be requested on or before 12 noon of your 1st day check in.
*Please reach out to us as soon as possible to any accidents and any request you have.
