It is a private bedroom with your own key to bedroom lock. Sefl-Check-In: After entering the unit by a password, you can easily find your room by the # on the bedroom door.

Guests can access to the washroom, kitchenette and laundry room ($10/load) in the same unit.

Please note: the kitchenette is for heating up food only (no heavy cooking) with microwave, oven, toaster, water kettle, mini-fridge, and coffee maker while *the stove is not available*

All the delivery services can reach our location including but not limited to Uber Eat/DoorDash/SKIP etc. We do collect a variety of coupons for all guests to use : )

We make everything super simple, you can simply self check in/out, we all follow the same house rules.

I am living in a separate unit of the same house, I can meet you in person only upon request, please feel free to reach out to anytime me if any attention is needed (noise, cleaning up, checking in etc.). Otherwise, enjoy your stay : )
