This is a high end wonderfully designed home built in 2018. Hardwood floors, beautiful decor. We live in the home which means you are staying with a Canadian husband and wife whose children have moved out. We are quiet. We expect a quiet person staying with us. The bed is very comfortable, washroom is down the hall. Free Wifi. I pride myself in my desire to decorate my home with a reflection of my love for Scandinavian decor. The art is created by me, with a few pieces I have collected by local artists. Hardwood floors throughout the home. We know you will enjoy your stay.

One guest will have use of the bedroom and Airbnb dedicated 4 piece washroom. You have access to your room 24/7 via keyless entry. You can come and go as you please. You cannot bring anything into the room other than your suitcase. No other guests are permitted. This is a listing for one person only. The booking is available for daily, weekly and monthly stays. You must be a quiet non smoking individual. You must maintain the cleanliness of your room and the washroom.

Your room includes a TV, microwave, fridge, coffee, tea and small area to do work.

We provide a bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar and coffee mate. Our tap water is safe to drink. If you prefer bottled water please plan ahead and bring what you need.

We will provide you extra garbage bags. Recycling is located outside front door.
